The EGCR Difference

What Sets Us Apart?

Whereas our competitors are large corporations, we are independently owned and operated; our clients always receive immediate attention and are never hit with voicemail when there is a question or concern. Our clients are always attended to instantly by their Senior Account Executive, Case Manager or by Ellen Grauer, the owner. Our personal attention is what distinguishes us from our competitors and what perpetuates our excellent reputation.

Our Senior Account Executives, have worked with EGCR on business development for over 15 years and come with a wealth of experience and easily understand the immediate needs of attorneys and personnel involved in complex litigation.

Our partnership with the National Network of Reporting Companies (NNRC), affords us access to over 1000 vetted court reporters, 24/7/365, with complete court reporting solutions, including legal video services, video conferencing and conference rooms worldwide.

The NNRC, established over three decades ago, is an organization of independently owned, high quality court reporting firms across the world with limited membership. There is a stringent vetting process to be invited to become a NNRC member, a process which continually monitors members for excellence. EGCR has been the exclusive New York City member of the NNRC for the last eight years. This partnership keeps us personally connected worldwide and makes it possible for us to cover depositions globally in a seamless manner.

  • All production, regardless of the venue of the deposition, takes place at our headquarters in New York in order to maintain quality control and consistency in the final production. Our work product is stored at our headquarters indefinitely, giving our clients a simple way to access all of their transcripts, exhibits and videos.
  • EGCR, a woman owned diversity supplier, is certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
  • EGCR is part of the first and only court reporting network in the world to adopt a Green Program for all of its members, through our partnership with the National Network of Reporting Companies (NNRC). By offering this green initiative to our clients, we help preserve our global resources, and reduce our impact on the environment.
